The Akechi are not hard to discern from other clans within the areas of Ransei filled with sprawling waterways and high ice caps. They are always dressed in abundances of fur and fluff with pale skin as white as snow. They are commonly nobility and even use the Chōsokabe Clan as servants or melodious entertainment given their profession. Sometimes, they even are comparable to slave owners given how they look down on the Chōsokabe and flaunt themselves superior to other clans. Their variations are different in personality, but the cold stare they cast and snow white hair is often thought to be a trademark to their clan.

History

As cold as ice, the husk of the dragon of truth and ideas is symbolic to the Akechi Clan. They are a clan that has wished for control of Ransei to the degree of comfort and filling a need that they believe can only be done so by force. This is reminiscent of their arts holding and preserving things in place, frozen in time. Whether it is their rule or their majesty, they have assimilated lesser clans (such as what they emphasize the Chōsokabe Clan to be) to serve them or ally themselves with them. It is said due to the blood of their clan and who it is based from, they have an obsession to do battle or combat with the Toyotomi and Ginchiyo clans and assimilate them as they have done other lesser clans.
